Blower Engine Stalls After 15 Minutes Oil On Spark Plugs - Piston Rings Or Valves?

Oil on spark plugs - piston rings or valves? - blower engine stalls after 15 minutes

I have a Toro snow blower with AB & S 8 hp engine model 190,402 Type 0755-07. Be cleaned after the meeting this summer, carbohydrates and started again. During the adaptation of carbohydrates, the engine stopped. I pull the plug and has been a clear oil (enough to crush the spark). I've heard that this is usually attributed to worn piston rings, cyclinder walls, seals or valves. How can I determine who is guilty? I opened the access to the pistons and valves, and hopes that it would have any idea when, but there were many black (I assume that some carbon and a little oil). How do I know what to replace it, and how do I delete the culprit?

Install the motor together to test a hole down to whether the leakage of air through the intake valves of the case of escape from the grip of his case does not ring
